The best time to reach us by phone is during the sales office opening hours 9.00-16.30. During evenings and weekends we may be busy serving our customers, which means that we are not always able to answer the phone. If your enquiry is not urgent or does not relate to the day in question, we recommend that you contact us by e-mail. Reservations for less than eight (8) people can easily be made online. Reservations for more than eight people, other enquiries and messages are best made by emailing bonjour@amelie.fi.
To ensure that your evening is relaxed and enjoyable, the initial reservation time is 2.5 hours for dinner and 1.5 hours for lunch. This will give you plenty of time to enjoy your starters, wine, main course and dessert – not forgetting good company and wine! If you wish to have more time, please request this when you make your reservation. We also welcome information about any special needs or time constraints you may have in advance so that we can serve you in the best possible way.
Please note that we charge €15 at lunch and €50 at dinner for uncancelled seats. Please inform us of any cancellation or change of number of persons at least 2h before the start of the reservation.
Brasserie Amelie offers an accessible entrance and sanitary facilities.
For groups of more than 12 people, we require a pre-arranged, consistent group menu to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. We will send the group menu electronically with the booking request.
We will accommodate special dietary requirements if notified in advance.
